1. Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A)
> Number of posts - 1 (UR)
> Educational Qualification details - Graduate in any
discipline from a Govt. recognized university with computer knowledge.
> Salary Details - 14000-60,500+ Grade Pay of Rs.
6,200 (PB-2) and other allowances admissible under the Rules.
> Age Limitation - A candidate must not be less than
18 years and more than 40 years of age as on 01/05/2023. In appropriate cases,
relaxation of age will be admissible as per the existing rules of Govt. of
Assam.
2. Peon (Contractual)
> Number of posts - 1 (UR)
> Educational Qualification Details - The candidates
must possess the minimum educational qualification of Class VIII standard
passed.
> Salary Details -
Rs.9,000/- (Rupees Nine Thousand) only per month.
Age Limitation details
Ø Minimum Age Limitation is 18 years
Ø Maximum Age Limitation is – 40 years
Age Relaxation details
Ø ST/SC category candidates will get 5 years
of age relaxation.
Ø OBC/MOBC category candidates will get 3

For the post of Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A)
Candidates are required to submit their applications in the Drop Box set up for the purpose in the office of District Legal Services Authority, Kamrup, Amingaon. The postal address of the office is “THE SECRETARY, DISTRICT LEGAL SERVICES AUTHORITY, KAMRUP, AMINGAON, JUDICIAL COURT COMPLEX, KAMRUP, AMINGAON, PIN-781031”.
The last date fixed for receipt of applications is 25.05.2023 till 04:00 PM.
The application must be accompanied by the followings:
a. Self-attested copies of all certificates/ mark-sheets and all other supporting documents in support of age, educational and other qualification, caste etc. including valid employment exchange registration certificate.
b. Three self-attested passport size photographs (one needs to be pasted in the application and other two should be enclosed in the application form with full signature of the candidate in the back side.)

Selection Procedures
The selection of recruits is based on an all Assam order of merit
on their performance in stage I Written exam & stage II Viva. All the
